Send Silverhound the flight details, passenger count and destination addresses. The proposal should set out the pickup arrangement, vehicle requirements and service conditions for your group.
Request a Munich Airport group transfer
Start with when the group can leave
The scheduled landing time and the time everyone is ready to board are different planning inputs. Baggage collection, entry procedures and the arrival of other group members can affect the departure window.
Include the flight number, date and terminal if known. For several flights, list each arrival and the number travelling onward. You can request a shared departure or separate movements, depending on the timetable you want reviewed.
Use the airport's official pickup information for orientation. The private group's actual meeting and boarding instructions must come from the confirmed service arrangement; a public shuttle stop is not automatically your pickup point.
Match passengers, luggage and hotel stops
Tell us how many passengers travel on each leg, how many suitcases they carry and whether there are equipment cases, pushchairs or special boarding requirements. A nominal seat count is not a luggage guarantee.
If the transfer serves several hotels, include full addresses and the group split at each stop. For onward travel to an event, state the venue entrance and the required arrival time. A transfer with several stops has a different scope from a single airport-to-hotel journey.
Prepare the return journey separately
For a departure from Munich, give the hotel or venue pickup address, flight departure time and the group's check-in requirements. The transport schedule needs to allow for boarding and the actual route. Avoid relying on one generic airport journey time for every address and date.
For a wider programme, combine your arrival brief with event transport requirements or other journeys in Munich.
What your transfer proposal should explain
Check the agreed meeting point, pickup window, vehicle category, passenger and luggage capacity, hotel stops and cancellation conditions. Any flight monitoring, personal greeting, waiting allowance or delay-related charge should be stated explicitly.
Questions before you enquire
Can you review several flight arrivals in one request?
Yes. List each flight, subgroup and destination. The review can then distinguish one combined departure from several requested transfers.
Is unlimited waiting included if a flight is delayed?
Do not assume it is. The proposal should explain included waiting, how delays are handled and any additional charges.
Does sending the form reserve transport?
No. The form submits an enquiry. Availability and booking conditions are confirmed separately.
